Here for sale is a 1oz .999 pure silver coin from Australia, third in the series "The 2020 ZUYT DORP shipwreck 1 dollar tribute coin"(24k gold electropated), some features are, limited mintage of only 20,000 ,unique coin design and comes in a unique triangular protective capsule.
This beautiful coin looks amazing in silver but with a 24k real gold coating it looks absolutely stunning. This coin was electroplated with Krohn's 24k gold electroplating solution via 3 rounds submerged at 2-3 volts and about 160° F solution bath. The result is a smooth brilliant pure gold protective finish.
Gold has long been known to have special anti corrosive abilities and is used as protective coatings regularly in the electronics industry. For that reason a large portion of my limited mintage coins in my collection are electroplated.
Unfortunately I need to sell off some of my collection. This limited mintage 1 ounce silver shipwreck coin from Australia will go nice in somones collection.
