    Thank you for considering our ovens.  We are CSS in Maryland and Greensboro, NC.  We have 1 Lucks ovens model M20G-R.  These oven was working as it should when we removed it. The oven has the wide Lucks “B” style or otherwise known as "D"lift in it  Over-all condition is good to very good.  It is set up with natural gas 208/3 phase. If you are starting a bakery or need an extra oven here is your chance to buy one at a great price 00 each.   Racks are not included.  This oven must be sold in one piece and shipped whole.   The oven is located at our Greensboro, NC location.     SPECIFICATIONS:
    Gas-fired rack oven shall be “RELIANT” type, Series “M20G-R”, as manufactured by Lucks Food Equipment Company, of stainless steel construction. Unit footprint shall not exceed 70” x 60”, with self-contained steam system, Type II exhaust hood, electronic temperature control, high-efficiency heating system, and drain configurable for front or rear exit. Unit shall operate on 208/230V 3-phase voltage standard. Large integrated viewing window in door shall consist of 3 panes of tempered glass in a sealed unit. Door configurable for right or left hand hinging. Standard overhead rack lifting and turning system shall be rated at no less than 1500 pounds, with integrated slip clutch unaffected by unbalanced loads, with 2” OD lifting and rotating shaft encased in a sup- port tube with heavy-duty graphite bearings, housed inside both ends, requiring no lubrica- tion. Integrated frame construction with four- point truss beam roof supports shall support rack lifting device, rotator, and circulation blower. Unit shall have a minimum of 5” of oven grade insulation, and have zero inch clearance certification to combustible surfaces on sides and rear. Front mounted heavy-duty burner shall be rated at 275KBTU standard and 325KBTU high performance. Steam gen- erator shall have no less than 350 pounds of steel, shall operate from a gravity feed drip system without spray nozzles, and shall have a powered vent damper for controlled evacua- tion of moisture from the bake chamber. Cir- culation fan shall run at 1750 RPM, and rack lift and rack shall run at 4-5 RPM. Controls shall contain onboard capability of measuring deviation from factory specification of oxygen as a percentage of exhaust gases (Lucks En- ergy Optimization Monitor), service ready di- agnostics, two-step programmability of up to 20 pre-set metallic membrane switches, rated at minimum of 1 million cycles, interior lighting switch, and manual operation. Control Panel shall be sealed to keep moisture out. Unit shall carry City of Los Angeles, ETL, ETL- Canada and ETL and NSF Sanitation certifica- tions.
