JBL 2226 JPL 15" LOW FREQUENCY DRIVER
in excellent condition!
These are pulls from working but retired screen systems. All have been tested.
The 2226 series is the legendary 15" driver featuring Vented Gap Cooling (VGC) for true 600 W AES power rating and low power compression; Symmetrical Field Geometry (SFG) for extremely low distorion and high 97 dB 1 W / 1 M efficiency. Please see the specification sheets (in photos) for full details.
I have 13 JBL 2226 JPLs total; you are looking at #9 of 13. This has a voice coil DC resistance of 10.1 ohms.
I have sorted these listings by pairs for cosmetic similarity; that is, #1 and #2 will look similar (have similar discoloration). #3 and #4 likewise, etc. Please keep this in mind if you'd like to purchase multiple drivers and note that most have experienced a mild degree of fading.
