Description
The BDO-100-G-ES SGL is 38-1/4″ wide, stainless steel, ENERGY STAR certified single deck full size gas convection oven from Blodgett that has stainless steel doors with dual pane thermal glass windows. This full size gas convection oven is the perfect starter ovens for small scale operations.
A great way for commercial kitchens to use time and energy more efficiently and effectively is by employing convection ovens to bake and roast products. These appliances can provide high temps for heating while using less time and therefore energy, potentially saving your food service arena money. An excellent addition to any kitchen, the Blodgett BDO-100-G-ES SGL Gas Convection Oven will be sure to get your cookies baked and meats roasted.
Constructed out of stainless steel, this convection oven will be able to handle consistent use day in and day out by you and your staff members. The stainless steel door frame holds the double-paned thermal windows, which will be sure to keep hot air in the cabinet, saving you both electricity and money. The chrome handle is easy to grasp and opens both doors at the same time. The pressure lock is triple-mounted and guarantees the door will remained closed with a tight seal during operation. The chamber, which also boasts stainless steel construction, is lined with porcelain on both sides of the walls. There are 11 potential rack positions and interior lights that will make checking on the progress of baking products. The direct fired gas system has a single inlet blower wheel design, with removable inshot burners. The oven uses electronic spark to start the heating process, with temperatures ranging between 200°F and 500°F. The fan has two speeds and the motor has a built-in thermal overload protection. Since this appliance is ENERGY STAR rated, you know you’ll be using gas and electricity in a profitable way. The Blodgett BDO-100-G-ES SGL will prove a dependable addition to your equipment arsenal.
The BDO-100-G-ES SGL full size convection oven operates at 45,000 BTU/hr using natural gas. There is a 3/4″ NPT gas connection on this convection oven.

* All equipment is shipped FOB from the manufacturers' dock at their facilities' location or the Vision Equipment warehouse in Covington, GA.
* Payment types accepted -- PAYPAL, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS
* We require full payment within 48 hours from Offer or Order Date. If payment is not made within the 48 hrs an Unpaid-case will automatically open
. Most orders paid for by NOON will that that day. HOWEVER we do not move freight on Friday's due to hours of operations.
* If you are the successful bidder, we expect you to follow through with the transaction and fulfill your part. Please remember that a bid is a contract and appropriate action will be taken against non-paying bidders.

Sales Tax
* Vision Equipment is located in Georgia and a 7% sales tax will be assessed to any order shipped within the state. Georgia is the only state where tax of any kind will be added.

Customer Support
*All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, or cancellations.
* Under certain circumstances, we may make an exception and allow a return, cancellation, or approve a refund. However, a restocking fee of 25% of the total price may apply. Although we do all we can at Vision to ensure that the right product arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition, sometimes things go wrong and an item must be returned. If a purchase arrives and it is defective, damaged, or was in error, you will not be charged for return shipping.

* If a return is approved, the customer must obtain a Return Authorization number prior to returning the item. The customer will be responsible for return freight costs in most cases. Many times an item can be returned if left in the original packaging.
* If the customer refuses a shipment, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping both ways, and a 25% restocking fee. No exceptions will be made unless an agreement is reached between the Company and the customer prior to time of delivery.
* If you are refusing an item, please notify us so we may credit your account minus restocking fees and freight immediately.
* If the buyer thinks there is a misrepresentation regarding the item or its condition in our posting, or Terms and Conditions, the buyer must relay to the seller why he or she thinks there is a misrepresentation. The seller will review the facts and make a decision regarding the alleged misrepresentation. If the seller agrees there is a misrepresentation, the seller will refund the bid amount of the merchandise upon its return to our facility by the buyer.
