This Stainless steel BKI FKM - F is high volume low pressured fryer that is rugged and durable. Its pressure regulated interlock lid and a digital timer makes frying safe and precise. It comes with 75 pounds oil capacity that is capable of cooking up to 18 pounds of food at a time. This state of the art item has a quick connect filtration system equipped to improve its operations and also has in-built fail safe technology system. It has a built-in cold zone that collects crumbs buildup, this helps to extend the life of the cooking oil. The 5” casters makes mobility of this item easy to different locations.
