This is the Splash 'n Color Kira Barbie hybrid OOAK doll from 1996.
She has both holographic tinsel and color-change streaks in her showstopper hair. Beautiful facial paint with soft colors of blue, green and peach.
She has a new articulated MTM Barbie doll body that will hold any pose. Her body has 22 points of articulation, including joints at the wrists, so that her hands move up, down, and rotate. Her head tilts and turns. Her arms and legs bend at the elbows and knees, and move outward, inward, forward and backward.
